Welcome to iwant - the NZ Auction site with a difference!

With the growing number of online auction sites we still couldn't find a site which we believe offered the opportunity for members to give something back to our community.

So firstly we developed iwant to be a responsible member of our community. Members listing items for auction are encouraged to select a charity from a list of "preferred charities". When bidding on an auction, bidders can also choose to pledge a donation to the sellers' preferred charity. Should a winning bid include a donation pledge we email the bidder with the details of their pledge together with the name and bank details of the charity. Donating is entirely optional.

In keeping with our charter, we offer discounted webstores to charities and non-profit organisations. Please let us know if you wish to discuss this with us.
